Fire is an increasing risk to conveyor systems in many different applications. FRAS (Fire Resistant and Anti-Static) rubber is a specialised form of rubber that has high resistance to fire and ozone. This is achieved by using a combination of polymers, chemicals and additives which contribute to improving fire retardant properties of a conveyor belt. -
Steel Cord conveyor belting is used in industries where strength is vital to convey materials and operating tensions required exceed 200 kN/m. We have steel cord belts with a rating up to ST 10,000 and, due to the numerous advantages of this type of belt, we now offer a rating as low as ST 500. -
Solid woven belting is made of solid woven fabric dipped in liquid PVC. Covers made of PVC or PVG are then added - they're bonded to the belt by vulcanization. Solid woven belting qualities include FRAS properties, high tensile strength in proportion to weight, good integrity, no delimitation, and excellent impact and rip resistance. They are suited to conditions requiring fire-resistant anti-static properties such as coal mines, power stations, chemical and metallurgy industries. -
Our dedication to innovation means we are continually delivering products which stay one step ahead of the competition. Our corrugated sidewall belts represent one of the biggest advances in the conveyancing of bulk material at steep inclines and it doesn’t stop there. -
PVC general purpose belts provide an excellent low-cost solution for general transportation of materials and unprocessed food products. They’re used in a wide variety of applications and have good chemical, oil and water-resistant properties. This ensures that PVC general purpose belts can hold up to tough conditions while providing a good service life. -

All Rubber TMH gravity conveyor systems are among the most efficient in the industry, both mechanically and economically. Designed for the majority of manufacturing and materials handling systems, gravity conveyors often need to be modular and flexible. This way they can be moved and fitted to suit progressive needs as your plant grows or is upgraded, accommodating changing conditions. Gravity conveyors are the ideal means of transporting product where there is no power. -
Chain components are an essential part of many bulk handling systems that convey materials such as powders, grains, flakes and pellets. We provide two types of chain conveyors, sourced from industry leader 4B, both of which use drop forged chains. -
Monitoring equipment on your bucket elevator system will ensure any faults or malfunctions are detected early, helping reduce the risk of equipment failure and preventing subsequent downtime. We provide the complete suite of 4B monitoring equipment to ensure that safety is prioritised, from replacements sensors to fully integrated hazard monitoring systems that can be either stand along or connected to your PLC. -
We provide our own branded range of cured rubber sheeting called Kontex. With a high level of durability and adaptability our cured rubber sheeting provides various wear and corrosion protection to suit varying applications. -
Our rubber pulley lagging is engineered to be highly elastic and wear resistant, providing a long service life for your system. It will protect the shell of the pulley from damage, increase friction with the conveyor belt and dispense water off the pulley effectively. We provide our own brand of Kolag rubber lagging as well as Flexco products. -
Ceramic lagging is generally used over traditional rubber lagging when additional grip is required, being more wear-resistant than traditional rubber lagging and providing a higher service life. It can be applied to the conveyor drive, tail, snub, bend or take up pulleys and is suitable for wet, clay, muddy and abrasive materials. -
Rubber screen mats are used for filtering materials and are mostly suited for use in wet areas where metal screens aren’t appropriate. We offer a range of high-performance rubber screen mats from leading brand, ScreenTek. -
Rubber adhesives can be used to bond rubber to rubber (for use in conveyor belt splicing) or rubber to metal (for use in rubber lining). They can also be used to bond a range of other materials such as metal, wood and cement. Using rubber adhesives over mechanical fasteners offers several advantages, primarily because they don’t create stress on the material itself. This allows the rubber to function as it was originally intended. -
At All Rubber TMH we offer a range of non-hydraulic and hydraulic attachments for your forklift including grab attachments, carriage rotators, push off and extension reach forks, drum handling, and rotating and hydraulic dirt buckets. -
All Rubber TMH offers a range of crane and overhead lifting equipment. Can’t see what you need here? We are still likely to have it available so please give us a call. -
We supply elevator buckets from industry leader 4B, who have the world’s largest range of elevator components. With over 400 different sizes and styles to choose from, we can source an elevator bucket for almost any product or application. -
Carryback is a leading issue on many conveyor belt systems. Without an effective belt cleaner, frequent clean-up is required, and it can cause conveyor components to wear out prematurely. Belt cleaners are an important aspect of your conveyor belt system because of their ability to reduce carryback – the material that sticks to the belt after it leaves the discharge of the head pulley and builds up underneath the belt. The will protect and maintain your system. -
Our mechanical belt fasteners combine strength and durability for a quick and easy splicing option. They’re a great repair choice when you need to get your belt up and running as quickly as possible. With fast and easy installation, you’ll have your belt up and running with limited disruption to your business. -
Conveyor belt ploughs provide protection to items within your conveyor system by removing any residual product on the return side of the conveyor belt. Belt ploughs are generally installed prior to the tail, take-up or drive pulleys to shield these items, while cleaning the inside of the conveyor belt. They can also be installed directly behind the head pulley. -
Conveyor belt pulleys are normally located at the ends of a conveyor system and are generally lined with rubber lagging or ceramic lagging to reduce slippage between the steel drive pulley and the conveyor belt. This reduces wear on your system and therefore maintenance costs. It will also extend the life of your conveyor belt. -
Belt trainers assist with tracking and alignment issues that can damage your conveyor belt. They automatically react to changes within a conveyor system and redirect the belt back to the centre of the conveyor. -
The most important function of impact beds is to provide comprehensive protection of the belt from damage by falling material. We offer a full range of Flexco impact beds, who have engineered superior belt protection into the entire structure of their impact beds (not just the bars). -
Skirting rubber is mainly used in the mining industry. It runs along the length of a conveyor belt and attaches to the edge as a side skirt. It’s manufactured in the form of soft sheets and strips and provides an effective way of reducing spillage of materials and dust over the sides of a conveyor system. -
PVC food grade belts provide a great cost-effective solution for the transportation of processed foods. They’re used in a wide variety of food applications and have superior chemical, oil and water-resistant properties. This ensures they can hold up to the intensive demands of the food industry, whilst still providing a good service life. -
PVC solid woven belts provide a superior option when conveying is required in harsh external environments. They provide a high level of dimensional stability and flexibility, excellent cut and tear resistance as well as outstanding fastener retention characteristics. They hold up extremely well to edge wear and delamination as well as moisture, mildew and rot, and are suitable for both roller or slider bed conveyors. -
There are a wide variety of attachments and cleats available for your conveyor belt depending on its use and purpose. We provide an extensive range of cleats, flexible wave walls and tracking ribs. -
PU industrial grade belts provide a solution when harsh environmental conditions prevail, and the service life of PVC belts just doesn’t cut it. They are highly resistant to abrasion, cut and gouge, mineral oils, moisture, mildew and rot. -
Our flat power transmission belts offer a greater degree of efficiency than many other drive belts. Their properties include short-take ranges, with little creep, good damping abilities, performance up to 1850kw and they can handle both bevel and corn drives.
