Rubber
Lining

Protecting your machinery with high quality rubber lining will significantly prolong its service life by reducing wear, shock and corrosion.

It will allow your equipment to operate at a higher efficiency for a longer period of time.

Rubber Lining

Whatever shape or size, we’ve got you covered

We coat tanks, chutes hoppers and pipes to the British International Standard (BIS) along with customised gaskets, seals and loading socks.

Beams, side plates and screen decks are also a big part of what we do; whatever type of equipment you need lining, we can assist.

In-house facilities

Our onsite autoclave machines allow us to provide hot rubber lining as well as the more common cold rubber lining.

We also have our own 2D waterjet cutter in-house, so rubber doesn’t need to be cut by hand, as well as a brand new 3D waterjet cutter. This allows us to skive cut as well as straight cut our rubber, streamlining our processes and making our rubber lining even more efficient.

Surface treatments

Blasting, priming and painting facilities are also available in-house. This means we can prep the metalwork for you, saving you unnecessary handling and transport costs.

Highly skilled team

With 16 rubber liners operating both onsite and within our workshops, our rubber lining team are extremely skilled, experienced and work to the highest standard.

Just need the materials?

We provide cured sheeting in a range of thicknesses as well as ceramic lagging and rubber lagging.
