Our full-time staff complement exceeds 100 personnel of which over 65 are mobile field service technicians with extensive experience in conveyor belt installation, rubber lining and conveyor maintenance.
Superior Product Offering
We have our own brand of conveyor belts (Eagle) and lining rubber (Kontex) which are manufactured to our own exceptional standards (which exceed national Australian standards).
In addition, we have partnered with world leading manufacturers in the conveyor industry enabling us to provide a full range of conveyor products and accessories.
Exclusive Distribution Agreements
We have distribution agreements in place (some exclusive) with Flexco, 4B, Weir Minerals (Linatex), Forbo Seigling and Optibelt, with direct access to many other conveyor product manufacturers.
Our stock holding is significant with over $5 million held in our warehouses, allowing us to immediately satisfy our clients’ needs.
Extensive Service Capabilities
Our experienced service and installation team is fully qualified, with all equipment maintained to current standards, certified where required, and selected from the best available technology.
We have the specialised winches, winders, belt stands, and handling equipment to install and service conveyor belts of any size, with the capacity to support multiple sites simultaneously.
Rubber Lining
Our rubber lining division is one of the fastest-growing areas of our business, with more than 25 dedicated rubber liners on site. Alongside standard rubber lining, we provide sandblasting, industrial painting, and precision cutting with two in-house 3D waterjet cutters.
