Modular conveyors are purchased off the shelf and because there is no design or draft work required, they can be delivered to your door extremely quickly (usually within three days). They include a start, stop and overload switch as standard and are supplied as plug and play, making them extremely easy to set up.

Widths and Lengths

Sancon modular conveyors come in standard widths of 350mm, 450mm and 600mm and are available in single lengths from 3m up to 50m.

Options and Parts

There are two types of modular conveyors; flat belt conveyors are used to convey items such as boxes and cartons and trough belt conveyors are suitable for any tonnage up to 100tph. Flat belts can also be chevron or cleated, troughed belts can be chevron or flat.

Spare parts are readily available for all systems and we have a variety of non-standard options available such as skirting, dust covers and safety covers.
