  • There are a wide variety of attachments and cleats available for your conveyor belt depending on its use and purpose. We provide an extensive range of cleats, flexible wave walls and tracking ribs.
  • Carryback is a leading issue on many conveyor belt systems. Without an effective belt cleaner, frequent clean-up is required, and it can cause conveyor components to wear out prematurely. Belt cleaners are an important aspect of your conveyor belt system because of their ability to reduce carryback – the material that sticks to the belt after it leaves the discharge of the head pulley and builds up underneath the belt. The will protect and maintain your system.
  • Our mechanical belt fasteners combine strength and durability for a quick and easy splicing option. They’re a great repair choice when you need to get your belt up and running as quickly as possible. With fast and easy installation, you’ll have your belt up and running with limited disruption to your business.
  • Conveyor belt ploughs provide protection to items within your conveyor system by removing any residual product on the return side of the conveyor belt. Belt ploughs are generally installed prior to the tail, take-up or drive pulleys to shield these items, while cleaning the inside of the conveyor belt. They can also be installed directly behind the head pulley.
  • Belt trainers assist with tracking and alignment issues that can damage your conveyor belt. They automatically react to changes within a conveyor system and redirect the belt back to the centre of the conveyor.
  • Options include polyester/nylon (EP), nylon/nylon (NN), polyester/polyester (PP), crows foot weave (CFW), steel cord (ST) and PVC solid woven (SW). The fabric reinforced belts can be woven to various strengths and in many configurations such as cross weave, mono-ply tyre cord, and crow’s foot weave (twill weave). Test certificates can be provided to verify belt strength.
  • Ceramic lagging is generally used over traditional rubber lagging when additional grip is required, being more wear-resistant than traditional rubber lagging and providing a higher service life. It can be applied to the conveyor drive, tail, snub, bend or take up pulleys and is suitable for wet, clay, muddy and abrasive materials.
