Options include polyester/nylon (EP), nylon/nylon (NN), polyester/polyester (PP), crows foot weave (CFW), steel cord (ST) and PVC solid woven (SW). The fabric reinforced belts can be woven to various strengths and in many configurations such as cross weave, mono-ply tyre cord, and crow’s foot weave (twill weave). Test certificates can be provided to verify belt strength. -
Our dedication to innovation means we are continually delivering products which stay one step ahead of the competition. Our corrugated sidewall belts represent one of the biggest advances in the conveyancing of bulk material at steep inclines and it doesn’t stop there. -
Solid woven belting is made of solid woven fabric dipped in liquid PVC. Covers made of PVC or PVG are then added - they're bonded to the belt by vulcanization. Solid woven belting qualities include FRAS properties, high tensile strength in proportion to weight, good integrity, no delimitation, and excellent impact and rip resistance. They are suited to conditions requiring fire-resistant anti-static properties such as coal mines, power stations, chemical and metallurgy industries. -
Steel Cord conveyor belting is used in industries where strength is vital to convey materials and operating tensions required exceed 200 kN/m. We have steel cord belts with a rating up to ST 10,000 and, due to the numerous advantages of this type of belt, we now offer a rating as low as ST 500. -
Fire is an increasing risk to conveyor systems in many different applications. FRAS (Fire Resistant and Anti-Static) rubber is a specialised form of rubber that has high resistance to fire and ozone. This is achieved by using a combination of polymers, chemicals and additives which contribute to improving fire retardant properties of a conveyor belt. -
Chevron conveyor belts improve conveyor productivity by preventing the roll back of materials when operating on steep inclines. Our range of chevron conveyor belts are designed to improve operational efficiency and throughput of material when you’re conveying on an angle greater than 18 degrees. -
Our premium quality conveyor belt fabric comes in a range of options and is used in a wide variety of applications. Standout features include high adhesion levels between cover and plies, low elongation, a smooth finish and extreme resistance to abrasive materials. This results in greater field performance and service life.
