Hot and cold rubber lining

We provide hot and cold rubber lining, although specialise in the hot vulcanisation process using a large autoclave we have on site. Whether you need rubber lining for impact, abrasion, corrosion or chemical resistance we have the knowledge and expertise in house and can line a range of items including (but not limited to) tanks, launders, distributors, cyclones, pipework, impellers & agitators, pulley’s and rollers.

Full quality assurance

Our hot rubber lining is completed in accordance with the Rubber Lining standard BS 6374 Pt. 5 1985, allowing us to provide our clients with full quality assurance and documentation whenever requested. This provides complete tractability from production through to shipment.

Dust Sealing

Dust and noise are especially prevalent in screening, which accelerates corrosion and makes maintenance and repair work time-consuming and difficult. We provide an ozone friendly and UV-resistant dust sealing cloth that is incredibly strong but also flexible.

They can be customised to suit any fixture including top frames of a screen, conveyor feeds or chutes, facilitating a safe and noise free working environment.

Screen Mats

Our screen mats are punched screen cloth made of a combination of high-quality impact and abrasion resistant rubber, with special heat-treated tyre cord reinforcement.

The benefits of rubber screens over metal include reduced noise, they are non-corrosive in wet conditions, resistant to pitting, stress and fatigue (accelerated by vibration), prevent binding and pegging and they are generally stronger with increased tear, impact and puncture resistance.

They can be supplied in customised widths and lengths and are available in standard thicknesses from 3m to 35mm.
