KOLAG Pulley Lagging Rubber
KOLAG strips of pulley lagging rubber is especially suited to in-situ work. Easily Applied by cutting lengths off a roll, reducing wastage. Availble also in fire resistant and antistatic (FRAS) compounds for use in underground mines.
KOLAG strips are prodcued in a unique "arrowboss" pattern for superior grip, with radial lines and grooved pattern for supirior water shedding. Buffed finish for fine tolerances of up to +/- 0.25mm, or optional bonding layer.
All Rubber TMH and FLEXCO® offer a range of rubber lagging for specific conveyor systems and conditions. FLEXCO® has developed a rubber pulley lagging product that improves water shedding, helps eliminate belt slippage and boosts productivity.
All the FLEXCO® rubber pulley lagging products offered by All Rubber TMH can be installed without removing the pulley roller from the conveyor system, using a cold vulcanization process.
FLEX-LAG® Weld On
The FLEX-LAG® Weld On™ is available in ceramic and rubber pulley lagging for drive and non-drive pulleys. It is pre-cut to standard OEM pulley widths for fast installation.
The patented gear tooth design minimizes problems associated with vibration, cleaner chatter and overall belt cleaner compatibility. The gear tooth design’s greatest feature is no gutters; equating to easy segment installation that can be undertaken on site.
The FLEX-LAG® Weld On™ ceramic pulley lagging features high coefficient of friction. The weld on rubber provides a high durometer rubber for improved water shedding characteristics and abrasion resistance.
